Cooking Method
- In a bowl, add in ingredients A.
- As you stir, gradually add in ingredients B.
- Stir until the mixture becomes a thick batter.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan and grease the pan with a little oil.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon batter into the pan.
- Cook over a low heat until bubbles begin to burst on the surface.
- Turn over and cook the other side.
- Serve hot with jam if desired.
