Ingredients

1/3 cup Milk suitable for your child’s age
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
½ tsp Vanilla essence
1 tbsp Chopped red cherries
1 tbsp Chopped green cherries
1 tbsp Blackcurrants
6-8 slices Bread, with trimmed edges and cut into desired shape
½ cup Infant cereal
  Oil for frying

Cooking Method

  1. In a bowl, mix ingredients A well.
  2. Dip bread pieces in mixture A and coat with infant cereal.
  3. Shallow fry the coated bread until golden brown. Serve while still warm.
