Ingredients

80g Beef, minced
2 tbsp Coconut milk
3 Shallots
1 clove Garlic
1 piece Bread
½ tsp Coriander
1 tsp MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock No Added MSG
 
6 pieces Maize leaves

Cooking Method

  1. Mix all ingredients A.
  2. Divide mixture into 6 equal portions.
  3. Wrap each portion with 1 maize leaf.
  4. Steam for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove and serve.
