Cooking Method
- In a sauce pan, pour in water, red bean and agar-agar (jelly) and bring to boil
- Simmer and pour in milk into the agar-agar (jelly) mixture. Mix well and remove from heat
- Pour agar-agar (jelly) mixture into a jelly mould and keep refrigerated
- For the sauce, mix in all the remaining ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to boil, while stirring occasionally.
