Ingredients

A
 
1 cup NESTLÉ Infant cereal rice
¾ cup Self-raising flour, sieved
2/3 cup Icing sugar, sieved
¼ cup Mixed fruit, minced
150g Butter or margarine
1 tbsp Milk suitable for your child’s age

Cooking Method

  1. Mix ingredients A into a bowl.
  2. Rub in the butter or margarine until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
  3. Gradually add in milk and mix well.
  4. Dust your hands with flour and form the dough into a ball.
  5. Place on lightly greased baking trays, allowing room for spreading.
  6. Using a fork, gently press the dough to a thickness of 5mm.
  7. Bake in preheated oven at 180˚C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and let stand for 20 minutes.
