NESTLÉ Infant cereal rice |
| ¾ cup |
Self-raising flour, sieved |
| 2/3 cup |
Icing sugar, sieved |
| ¼ cup |
Mixed fruit, minced |

| 150g |
Butter or margarine |
| 1 tbsp |
Milk suitable for your child’s age |
Cooking Method
- Mix ingredients A into a bowl.
- Rub in the butter or margarine until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
- Gradually add in milk and mix well.
- Dust your hands with flour and form the dough into a ball.
- Place on lightly greased baking trays, allowing room for spreading.
- Using a fork, gently press the dough to a thickness of 5mm.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180˚C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let stand for 20 minutes.
