Cooking Method
- Blend strawberries with a little bit of water until soften and strain
- Pour in a saucepan and mix in agar-agar (jelly) powder and sugar. Bring to boil
- Bring to slow fire and pour in milk and raisins, mix well.
- Pour mixture into a jelly mould
- For the sauce – in a sauce pan, pour in water, corn flour and sugar, cook until the sugar dissolve
- Remove from fire and pour in milk and mix well
